Add ice and whiskey. Shake and strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass and garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of mint.   This is one of the drinks that one of my clients loves.  I always make a big pitcher of this for her evening pool parties.  When ever you use fresh fruit you cannot go wrong.
