\nPosition Summary
\nBest Logistics Group is seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our Information Technology team. This position offers an opportunity to work with a variety of technologies while developing applications, integrations, and automated solutions that improve business operations across our organization.
\nThe ideal candidate has a solid understanding of basic software development principles, experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, and familiarity with source code repositories and version control. We are particularly interested in someone who embraces modern development tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to assist with coding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
\nThis position will work alongside experienced developers and IT professionals on projects involving application development, data integration, business process automation, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
\nWe are looking for someone who is curious, motivated, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who communicates well, takes initiative, welcomes feedback, and has a genuine desire to learn and grow professionally.
